GRE^® Search Service

The GRE® Search Service is a web-based tool that provides graduate schools with current and targeted mailing lists of prospective graduate students. By becoming a Search Service User, you will be able to:

• order customized lists for your recruitment efforts
• perform volume projections online anytime
• establish a recurring order account to save time

Features of the service include:

• Year-round access (order anytime)
• Free online volume projections
• Database updated weekly
• Student e-mail addresses provided

Search for students using data parameters, including:

• state, country, world region or zip code
• graduate or undergraduate major
• planned date of enrollment in graduate school

The GRE Program in collaboration with Hobsons® has launched several new enhancements that provide additional value to Search Service customers, including:

• A feature that allows you to search by GRE Verbal, Quantitative, Analytical Writing or Subject Test score ranges in combination with self-reported UGPA
• New data formats that will be compatible with most campus management systems
• Data output that can be more easily used for your recruitment and outreach efforts
• Updated screens that make it easier for you to use the GRE Search Service
